Went in for what I believed was a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Chris worked through it using the time well and said to come back Friday if it was still niggling. I have waited till Friday before writing this as wanted to see if it would work. I can confirm it has definitely helped and I have significantly improved comfort around my shoulder now

Chris is an excellent sports therapist. He really knows his stuff and the pace of his treatment, focus on the right things and process are awesome. I felt so much better after.

I’ve seen Chris several times for sports massage and have also been following a rehab plan for shoulder and elbow injuries – Chris really knows his stuff and explains everything clearly but is also honest about realistic expectations and what’s achievable, which I’ve found so helpful. The rehab plan is manageable and updated regularly and I’ve seen a lot of progress with even a chronic issue, which until now I was feeling pretty despondent about! I second all the other comments about being super friendly and easy to talk to as well. Can’t recommend Chris enough and I’ll be continuing to go back regularly, thank you :)

I have seen Chris a couple of times for various different treatments and he has always been very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend getting in contact with Chris for any aches or pains!
