After nearly 4 years of CrossFit and little recovery self care, the injuries caught up with me. Chris worked wonders on my double calf strain from a gastrocnemius injury, fixed a shoulder impingement loosening tight muscles and easing the pain. Professional, knowledgeable, and spot on for athletes. Highly recommend!
