Chris is so good! Really helps with any issues I have. So much knowledge and skills to help however possible.
He gives lots of advice and movements to enhance mobility outside of the sessions as well.
He's super friendly and very easy to talk to 110% recommend to everyone.

I attended my initial assessment with Chris recently. He was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. He asked lots of questions about the issues I have and got me to do some exercises which highlighted the areas to focus on. Chris was very knowledgeable and I felt in safe hands. He also did some soft tissue work which really helped.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris for prehab and rehab therapy and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
